Der CESB ist die erste spritzgegossene Halterung, die zur Befestigung der Motorlager an der Karosserie und zu deren Verst\u00e4rkung verwendet wird. Es soll auch eine neue Anwendung f\u00fcr thermoplastische Polyester sein. Der CESB bringt eine Gewichtsreduzierung von 30 % und verbessert das NVH.<\/li>\n \t<li>Tunnelverst\u00e4rkung aus Verbundwerkstoff \u00fcber der Auspuffanlage des Jeep Grand Cherokee und Grand Cherokee L SUV von 2021. L&amp;L Products entwickelte den pultrudierten Einsatz, L&amp;L's CCS, unter Verwendung eines neuen Harzsystems von BASF, das in Verbindung mit Endlosglasfasern ein drei- bis viermal h\u00f6heres Festigkeits-\/Gewichtsverh\u00e4ltnis als Stahl oder Aluminium aufweist.<\/li>\n \t<li>Struktureller Quertr\u00e4ger zum Schutz der Insassen und der Batteriepakete des vollelektrischen Ford F-150 Lightning Modells. Der neue Quertr\u00e4ger wurde unter Verwendung von L&amp;L's Continuous Composites Systems\u2122 (CCS\u2122) und Composite Body Solutions\u2122 (CBS\u2122) konstruiert und ist das erste entwickelte CCS\u2122-Rohrteil mit geschlossenem Querschnitt, die erste CCS\u2122-Rohbauanwendung und die erste Verwendung von CCS\u2122 in einem Elektrofahrzeug.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"in-view\"><\/p>\n<p class=\"in-view\">Zu den bekannten L\u00f6sungen von L&amp;L Products geh\u00f6ren:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"in-view\">\n \t<li>Kontinuierliche Verbundsysteme (CCS): CCS\u2122 von L&amp;L kombiniert hochentwickelte Dicht- und Klebstoffe mit einem faserverst\u00e4rkten Verbundstofftr\u00e4ger in einem zweidimensionalen Profil. Dieses zweidimensionale Teil ist so konzipiert, dass es einer leichten Struktur Festigkeit, Steifigkeit und Steifigkeit verleiht.
