Oktober 2019 - <\/strong>Das neue 911 Cabriolet von Porsche erzielt Gewichtseinsparungen durch eine Strukturverst\u00e4rkung in der A-S\u00e4ule aus einem von L&amp;L Products entwickelten w\u00e4rmeausdehnbaren Klebstoff - auch Strukturschaum genannt - und einem faserverst\u00e4rkten thermoplastischen Verbundwerkstoff - auch Organoblech genannt - von Lanxess.<\/p>\n<p class=\"in-view\">Laut <a href=\"https:\/\/christophorus.porsche.com\/en\/2019\/391\/porsche-911-weight-technique-news.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Porsche-Blog<\/a> \"besteht die H\u00fclle des neuen 911 bis auf den Aufprallbereich an Front und Heck nun vollst\u00e4ndig aus Aluminium. Kleben und andere neuartige F\u00fcgetechniken ersetzen weitgehend das konventionelle Schwei\u00dfen\".<\/p>\n<p class=\"in-view\">Der Stahlanteil im Auto betr\u00e4gt beim neuen 911 nur 30 Prozent. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wurden einige Bereiche komplett \u00fcberarbeitet, insbesondere die A-S\u00e4ule. Die A-S\u00e4ule ist die Dachtr\u00e4gerstruktur auf beiden Seiten der Windschutzscheibe eines Fahrzeugs. Typischerweise wird bei einem Cabrio-Fahrzeug ein geschwei\u00dftes Stahlrohr verwendet, um die Insassen im Falle eines \u00dcberschlags zu sch\u00fctzen. Stahl ist eine schwere und teure L\u00f6sung. Au\u00dferdem mangelt es ihm an Flexibili\u00e4t bei der Konstruktion.<\/p>\n<p class=\"in-view\">Der neue 911 verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber einen Verbundeinsatz, der als Strukturverst\u00e4rkung in der A-S\u00e4ule wirkt. Die S\u00e4ulenschale enth\u00e4lt einen Einsatz aus hochfestem Stahl. Die Innenseite der A-S\u00e4ule wird von einem Teil aus Organoblech und kurzglasfaserverst\u00e4rktem Polyamid getragen.
