Human Resources & Administration Specialist

Reports to:      Asia Human Resources Manager

Location:            China

Direct reports:  None

Key Responsibilities:

– Assist HR Manager to implement HR policies and procedures;

– Implement continuous improvement plan on HR operation standards;

– Conduct recruiting activities and control recruitment quality to ensure right people are in the right position;

– Assist dept. managers to establish a good communication and relationship with staff;

– Provide a range of administrative support services to ensure an efficient and effective day-to-day running of the company;

– Coordinate with office administration suppliers and vendors, to keep office facilities sufficient and keep the office comfortable;

– Assist company activities such as company outing, annual dinner, teambuilding activities;

– Provide administrative support to travelers from abroad in terms of logistics arrangement and meeting organization.

– Fulfill other tasks assigned by HR Manager.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree, preferable major in Human Resource Management, Law or Administration;

– More than 8 years working experience, at least 5 years experience in HR & Administration in multinational manufacturing companies, auto industry is a plus;

– Additional periods of specialist experience in recruitment, training and development are preferred;

– Excellent communication, cooperation and interpersonal skills;

– Team player, could independently handle conflicts;

– Well organized, logical thinking, good command of data analysis, ability to prioritize & solve problems independently;

– Has the experience with ISO/TS system;

– Good time & process management, excellent documentation & file management skill;

– Carefulness, integrity & sense of confidentiality;

– Familiar with MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);

– Good Command of both oral and written English.
