열 경화형 실런트 외에도, 상온에서 완전히 경화되는 1액형 실런트를 제공합니다.  상온 경화형 실런트는 경화촉진제와 함께 사용될 수 있습니다. 소재는 탄성 실런트(elastic sealant)에서 크리프 저항성 탄성 저강도 접착제(creep-resistant elastic low-strength adhesive)에 이르기까지 광범위한 기계적 특성을 가지고 있습니다.

L&L의 상온 경화형 실런트는 용제, VOC 및 이소시아네이트(isocyanates)가 함유되어 있지 않습니다.  또한 프라이머 또는 전처리 공정없이 많은 피착재에 직접 부착할 수 있습니다.

Our Heat-Activated Sealants consists of both rubber-based and polyolefin-based materials used for filling and sealing highly complex cavities to prevent water, air, dust and fumes from intruding. Our portfolio includes varying levels of expansion, density, and cell structure once heat is applied.  

We offer a wide range of Heat-Activated Sealants meeting specific customer needs such as activation under various time-temperature profiles, adhesion to different types of substrates, and resistance to specific environmental exposure conditions.

In addition to our portfolio of Heated-Activated Sealants, we also provide a low cost, highly efficient and effective solution to add sealing properties to engineered fasteners using Powder Sealants. Powder Sealants provide a wide expansion range and closed cell structure.

TRI-Seal® is made up of non-conductive Alumina spheres dispersed into L&L’s heat-activated sealant materials and is used to provide torque retention and isolation. This is especially important in areas where load retention and/ separation of dissimilar materials exists.

Torque retention is achieved through the clamping force between the substrates – ensuring isolation at material interfaces and optimum sealing against water, air, and dust.

TRI-Seal® is available as dry-to-the-touch and tacky seal variations, both ensuring maximum sealing coverage and anti-corrosion features.

XiP® 호환 소재는 우수한 세척 저항성을 제공합니다. 또한 피착재에 도포된 후 즉시 건조되도록 배합되기 때문에 취급성이 향상되어 사용자가 부품을 쌓거나 중첩할 수 있어 포장 비용을 최소화할 수 있습니다.
