L&L Products India Pvt. Ltd. believes in the philosophy of contributing back to the society in various ways. One of the initiatives towards the Corporate Social Responsibility is towards Promoting Education. L&L Products India has strived for the educational efforts for the rural area students in the Parbhani district in the state of Maharashtra.
In unprivileged rural areas, students do not have facilities to continue their further education after 10th class due to insufficient educational facilities available around the areas and financial circumstances of their families.
With the association of Pimpri Chinchwad Education Trust (PCET) and S.B. Patil College of Science and Commerce, L&L Products India Pvt. Ltd. has launched its sustainable CSR project called “Gyan Gurukul” to make available one of the best educational institutes in Pune to the rural area students to complete their higher secondary education free of cost.
A small induction programme was arranged for the 23 students in the presence of L&L Products top management and Mr. Sandip Patil- Principal and Mr. Girish Desai- Executive Director of PCET at the India facility.
The unique feature of this initiative is that the rural area students are selected based on their 10th standard marks merit and financial condition of the families.
The value that L&L Products is promulgated is “Good Citizen in our Communities”.
Through this first Gyan Gurukul batch, around 23 students from different parts of Partbhani District, Maharashtra have benefitted from this initiative so far.
