Through its Trust Index™ Survey, employees provide feedback about their workplace experience, including trust, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. Organizations must meet established employee-experience benchmarks to earn certification.

It reflects how our people feel about working here, and there is no better validation than that,” says Laxman Bhosale, Director of Human Resources & Admin. for L&L Products India. “We see this certification as a token of acknowledgement from our people and the culture we have built together. It is a proud moment for all of us at L&L Products India.”
We spoke with Laxman about the practices behind the strong survey results and how the organization plans to continue building its culture.
Q: What do you believe makes the culture at L&L Products India stand out?
Laxman Bhosale: What makes our culture unique is the way we genuinely put people at the center of everything we do. We work hard to create an environment where employees feel respected, trusted, heard, and supported so they can contribute their best every day.
We also have a strong sense of teamwork and people are always willing to help one another. We encourage open communication, continuous learning, and the development of innovative new ideas, regardless of role or level. Most importantly, employees feel they can be themselves here, and that creates a real sense of belonging and connection.
Q: Physical Safety and Contribution to Community both received scores of 98% in the survey. What do those results mean to you?
Bhosale: Safety is a fundamental value at L&L Products India, and it influences everything we do.
We continuously invest in a safe and healthy working environment through robust EHS practices, regular safety training, Gemba Walks, shop floor rounds, safety talks, root-cause analysis of incidents and near misses, and employee-led safety initiatives.
Our goal is simple but important: every employee should return home safely every day.
The 98% score for Physical Safety reflects the confidence and trust our employees have in these efforts.
Q: Recognition was another strength area. How do you make sure employees’ contributions are recognized?
Bhosale: Recognition is an important part of our culture. We make conscious efforts to celebrate achievements and recognize the impact employees create across the business.
Recently, we recognized the team that represented L&L Products India in Tata Motors’ “Quest for Zero” Supplier Competition, where they showcased digital quality solutions including AI-based Vision Inspection, Digital Process Parameter Control and Online Thickness Monitoring.
We also recognized the team behind L&L India receiving the Best Performance in Product Development 2025 award from IAC (now LUMAX) for the EFS-based Silent HVAC Airducts developed for the Mahindra Thar ROXX.
We are also introducing a Long Service Award Program to honor employees who complete 10 and 15 years of service and recognize their dedication and loyalty to our company.
Contribution to Community also scored 98%. What are some of the ways L&L India is making a difference?
Bhosale: Our commitment goes beyond the workplace and extends into the communities we serve.
Through our CSR initiatives, we contribute to social and environmental development in areas including education, health, community welfare and environmental sustainability.
We’ve collaborated with NGOs on nutrition and research-related programs, provided roti-making machines, supported higher education for underprivileged children, and donated waste collection trolleys to promote village cleanliness and effective waste management.
We have also contributed to Green Belt Development at Shiv Parvati Hill, helping to plant nearly 3,000 trees and supporting other environmental conservation activities.
These aren’t one-time projects. Every year, we identify meaningful opportunities to contribute.
What’s next for L&L Products India?
Bhosale: Achieving the Great Place to Work® Certification is a significant milestone, but we see it as the beginning of our next chapter rather than the destination.
Moving forward, we will continue strengthening employee engagement, recognition programs, learning and development opportunities, communication practices, and employee well-being initiatives.
We are also focusing on the areas highlighted through the survey feedback to ensure that every employee has a consistently positive experience across the organization.
Our goal is simple: to continuously evolve our workplace culture and create an environment where people can thrive and grow as we work toward our shared purpose.
