Romeo, Michigan, November 24, 2020 – L&L Products is honored to be awarded the Nissan Regional Supplier Quality Master for 2020. The award was presented to L&L Products at Nissan’s annual supplier meeting at its Tennessee, USA facility.
L&L Products was awarded in recognition for achieving top supplier status based on quality evaluations throughout the 2019 past fiscal year by Nissan North America Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Quality, Production Control and Purchasing divisions. 11 companies received awards out of 157 total nominees. In consideration were all 1,000+ Nissan suppliers. This is the first time L&L Products has received this award from Nissan.
L&L Senior Account Manager Joe Surowiec was on site to receive the award. “This award further demonstrates L&L’s commitment to all key areas, which lead to customer satisfaction. It starts with high-level engineering, which we then pass onto our world class manufacturing group. Our quality department is diligent in scanning for non-conforming products to ensure only quality parts go to the customer. We fully support Nissan and Tier customers through having involvement from plant representatives onsite at manufacturing facilities. L&L also makes sure to have high engagement with the customer through our customer service group. It is a total team effort, so each department within L&L should take pride in receiving this award from Nissan,” said Surowiec.
