L&L Products in Romeo today announced that its board of directors has appointed John Babi, an accomplished leader as President of L&L Products Americas, effective April 1, 2025. He succeeds Tom Kleino, whose retirement as President is effective March 31, 2025.
John Babi has served in many roles during 9 years at L&L, including Purchasing & Supply Chain, Operations, and most recently Vice President. Babi has been successful in each role by having a people-first, culture-first approach while driving operational strategy and overseeing and streamlining enterprise-wide processes. Before joining L&L Products in 2015, Babi got this entrepreneurial spirit working at his family’s businesses and spent over nine years at major automakers in various roles.
Under Babi’s leadership, L&L Products is poised to continue the rapid growth and expansion it has achieved over the last three decades with a focus on maintaining strategic relationships and improving quality, as well as innovating and diversifying its solutions for emerging verticals.
