L&L Products India Participates in the India Quality Circle Competition
L&L Products India recently participated in the Quality Circle Competition organized by the Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI), Pune Chapter.
The QCFI has spearheaded the education, training, propagation, and implementation of Quality Concepts in industries, service sector, education, health, and rural areas for over 40 years at the national level all over India.
This year's theme was "Productivity Improvement” and the three groups participating tackled 3 challenging topics :
- Increasing the Percentage of Rejection on Sticky Extrusion.
- Rejection for X445 CAB 6301 due to the trimming process.
- Low Productivity on 400T 3 Press Machines for Harrier Cab Insulation.
The three teams achieved two Gold and one Silver Award.
