A Novel Approach for Primerless Sealants & Elastomeric Adhesives.
L&L Products offers elastomeric adhesives based on novel SMP and PHASTER™ technologies. Ambient curing pumpable elastomeric adhesives provide durable, creep-resistant elastomeric bonds, typically without primers or pretreatment of the substates.
These materials provide reliable sealing against the ingress of liquids, air, and debris, forming an integral part of the anti-corrosion strategy and eliminating cavity-borne noise.

NO PRIMER
REQUIRED
Robust primerless adhesion to most substrates, including:

OPTIMIZATION
A range of mechanical properties to enable unique solutions, such as:
- Strong initial tack eliminates the need for braces, supports, or fixturing
- Low shrinkage for reduced rework and surface finishing on bonded structures
- Low sag to hold the material dispensed at the bond line
- Range of cure speeds for quick cycle times or longer open times for large parts*
*Cure times can be accelerated for certain products with the use of an L&L accelerator paste.
SAFER
HANDLING
Low odor and free of isocyanates, phthalate plasticizers, and solvents for optimal operator safety.

- FST regulation compliant – EN45545-2 for rail
- Dispensing and full cure without heat or UV-activation
- Available in cartridges, sausage packs, pails, and drums
- Available in white, gray, and black color

SMPs
- Resistant to UV exposure, unlike traditional PUs
- Convenient one-component dispending
- Available in paste form, these materials are ideal for use in assemblies that require thick bond lines or are subject to high cyclic loads
PHASTERTM
- Foaming materials are available
- Inherently flame resistant
- Low sensitivity to mix ratio variation and varying ambient temperatures during application.*
*Compared to traditional polyurethane and epoxy systems. Always follow TDS application guidelines.
